Will it work in tall grass?
Yes, but if your grass is 6-8 inches tall it is more difficult. The wires have to be able to get to the object being picked up. Normal grass 2 to 4 inches presents no problems.

Why is it so expensive?
"The Nut Wizard" is a quality hand crafted tool, made with the highest grade of spring wire and parts. It is manufactured in the US, with American labor, We could go to Mexico or Asia and have it manufactured at a much cheaper cost, however, we could not guarantee the same high quality.

Does it come with any warranty?
Yes, one year unconditional warranty. If there is no evidence of severe abuse, I will replace any parts as necessary.

Will it pick up dog dirt?
Yes, but only on very cold days in Jan. and Feb. This voids the warranty.

Will it work in Zoysia grass?
Yes, the shorter the better, zoysia is so thick that object will sink into the grass, making it more difficult to pick up. Some people have experienced problems, other none at all. Remember you have a 1 year unconditional warranty.

Do you ship?
Yes, We will ship anywhere. There is a small charge for postage and materials.

How do you empty the basket?
You receive an unloading bracket with each "Nut Wizard". This attaches to any standard bucket or trash can. You spread the wires over the bracket and the objects fall out. Complete detailed instructions are provided with each purchase.

What if we want our money back , how do we know you will be available?
We have lived in the same locality for the past 33 years and the same address for the past 24 and have no plans to move anytime soon.

Is there any maintenance? Very little, again this is clearly covered in the instructions.

Where else can I buy a "Nut Wizard"? We do not wholesale them to any other business' in this area. The inventor refuses to sell to any of mega stores: Wal Mart, Target, Sears, etc. When you order from us, we will make every effort to get it to you in 24 to 48 hours.
